Pre-Vocational Evaluation: Provides a comprehensive, individualize and systematic process in which an individual, in partnership
with a trained Pathways evaluator and DVRS counselor evaluates the consumers work skills. Consumers learn to identify vocational
options, consistent with their abilities, capabilities, preferences and interest, to develop employment goals and objectives.
Work Adjustment Training: Provides a comprehensive, individualize service that assist consumers seeking employment to develop
or reestablish skills, attitudes, personal characteristics, work behavior and or functional capacities, to achieve the identified integrated
employment outcome.
Community Employment (SE): On going support services provided to an individual in a competitive integrated environment.
Organizational Services (EE): Provides long-term employment services to consumers, who are presently unable to work in a
competitive employment setting. Individuals are frequently paid less then minimum wage based upon time studies identifying their ability
